USEP is the Professional organization in Pasco County that advocates for Education employees. We are the Bargaining Agent for both the Instructional and School Related Personnel contracts. We represent employees in matters of wages, working conditions, and benefits. We also represent employees in matters of potential discipline in job related concerns.
